Do you take consultation appointments?

It’s a great idea to visit us at 14W Fulton St in Edgerton, Wi. At this time the building is under construction….. We wish that we knew when the end date will be. Appointments are necessary at this time, please contact Karla to set one up. Appointments will more than likely be scheduled on weekends. 


What areas do you service?

Our general service area is within a 45 mile radius from our shoppe located in Edgerton. Is your event or photo shoot outside of this radius? No problem! Custom delivery quotes available upon request.


Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely, convenience is our priority! However, delivery must be scheduled with Karla at time of booking, since it is limited to what we can do per date.  Delivery from Kollective does provide a seamless and stress free process from pick up to drop off.  We provide a custom delivery quote based upon the size of the order, complexity, and distance to your location. The Delivery Fee includes hand delivery, set-up in the location of your choice and return pick-up when your event has wrapped up. Flexibility and delivery options are available to our customers.


When will I receive my rentals?

We offer round-trip, same day delivery Monday-Sunday. We also understand that not every event is the same. We will do our best to work with you and arrange a convenient time to accommodate your requested delivery drop-off and pick-up times.


Can I pick-up my order Will-Call?

Yes, all will-call orders can be picked up from our shoppe in a covered vehicle. Please note that all pickups are by appointment only and must be prearranged and approved by KRS.


What is your policy for booking and payment?

Full payment is due upfront along with a signed agreement in order to hold any pieces. If the reservation needs to be cancelled it must be done  30 days prior to your event date. All monies will be refunded with the exception of the 25% non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) is due.  On short notice orders (less than 30 days) no refunds will be given. 


How can I check pricing and availability?

From the product pages, you can see the daily rental rate listed. If you have numerous items please add those that you’re interested in to a Wishlist or screen shots from site and email it our way! We'll get back to you within 48 hours with availability and a customized quote.


Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, we have a $120 rental order minimum (excluding taxes + fees) for round-trip delivery in the Edgerton area. For Will-Call pickup at our warehouse we have a $50 rental order minimum (before taxes + fees). Please inquire about rental minimums for round-trip delivery service to locations outside of our 45 mile radius.


Can I change my order once I've signed the rental agreement?

Sure! You can always add pieces to your reservation as long as they are still available. If you have a change of heart and decide on a different piece all together, please note your substitutions must be of equal or greater value to those items already in your contract. No substitutions shall be granted within 30 days of service.


What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Things happen, plans change, we get it! When you reserve one of our pieces, we take it off the shelf and put it aside for you and only you. As a result, once a payment has been submitted it is non-refundable. However, we would be happy to give you a credit towards a future rental if circumstances change causing you to cancel. Credits for cancellations within 30 days of service are not granted.


Do you offer the option to reserve your inventory long term?

But of course! Not only is this an option, but we'll give you a discount! Looking to create a fun window display or home unique home staging? Putting together a set design for film or theatre? We've got you covered! Contact us for discounted rates and to see if your desired pieces are available for a weekly rental rate.


Oh no...I broke it!

Hey, accidents happen. However, all rental items are your responsibility from the time of delivery/will-call to pick-up/drop-off the next day. 


Upon delivery, our staff will do a walk through of all rented pieces. If items show damage or an order item is missing, our staff must be notified on site, prior to their departure or the items are considered received and in good condition.

Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, so we ask that you ensure they are cared for at all times and protected from the elements. We do charge for damaged, stained or missing items. 

Fees for broken or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are charged to the credit card on file. While we will always strive to clean/fix damaged items, unsalvageable items that need to be removed from inventory will be assessed at 4 times their rental rate to cover replacement cost.
